Is this fan-art?

To me this looks an edit of the Bandai artwork now. Just look at the red horn which retains its jpg-ish blurriness and then compare it to the main body which was obviously drawn over by someone. Actually, anything but the bluish parts is blurry. Better delete this. --Grandy02 13:14, 28 December 2011 (CST)
