Digimon which bear the name "Dramon" must possess dragon gene data in their Digicore, the higher the percentage of that data, the more the shape of a Digimon's body becomes dragon, however Coredramon's has become 100% so it is certainly a pure-blooded Dragon Digimon. As for Coredramon's blue body, is it said to be the evolved form of a Dracomon which absorbed a large amount of a rare gem called "Blue Diamante"^{[N 1]}, mined only in mountainous regions with very high altitudes, and it is able to aviate with its developed wings to survive in the steep mountains. Its Special Moves are firing glimmering blue incandescent breath (Blue Flare Breath) and inflicting fatal damage to the opponent using its powerful tail (Strike Bomber). Blue Flare Breath has the effect of decomposing the texture data that covers the surface of a Digimon's body, and Digimon who incur this become exposed and are likely to sustain attacks to their Digicores. 「ドラモン」の名を冠するデジモンにはデジコアに必ず竜因子のデータを有しており、その竜因子データの割合が高ければ高いほど体の形状が竜型になっていくが、コアドラモンの竜因子データ割合は100％となっており、まさしく純血の竜型デジモンである。体表が青いコアドラモンは、標高の非常に高い山岳地域だけで採掘される「ブルーディアマンテ」と呼ばれる希少な宝石を多量に摂取したドラコモンが進化した姿といわれており、険しい山々で生き延びるための発達した翼で高速な飛行を行うことが出来る。必殺技は、青色に輝く灼熱のブレスを放つ『ブルーフレアブレス』と強靭な尻尾を使って相手に痛恨の打撃を与える『ストライクボマー』。『ブルーフレアブレス』はデジモンの体表を覆うテクスチャーデータを分解する効果があり、このブレスを受けたデジモンはむき出しとなったデジコアへの攻撃を許すことになるだろう。ドラコモン同様に「逆鱗」といわれるウロコを持っており、ここに触れてしまうと怒りのあまり意識を失い、頭部の角を激しく発光させた後に口から放つ拡散レーザービーム『ジ・シュルネン-Ⅱ』を無差別に放ってしまう
