Strikedramon is a "Commando Dragon" who aims to be a Virus Buster. Many parts of it leave behind traces of Monodramon, for example the horn grown on its back, but because it transforms into its Commander Mode which is clad in metal plates, it can also be seen as an entirely different species. Naturally, it is a kind-hearted Digimon since it's Vaccine like Angemon, however once it discovers Virus Digimon, it becomes completely obsessed with its exterminative instincts (destructive instincts?) and it won't stop fighting until it changes them into garbage data. Also, it is said that at that moment, the red hair on its back bursts into scorching hot flames and becomes pale-flaming hair. Its Special Move Strike Fang is a dreadful technique which incandescently burns the metal plates on each part of it, and it is said that its whole body becomes a mass of flames and rams into the opponent.

ウイルスバスターを目指す“コマンドドラゴン”それがストライクドラモンだ。後ろに伸びたツノなど、モノドラモンの面影を残す部分も多いが、メタルプレートに包まれたコマンダーモードに変貌しているため、全く別な種にすら見える。本来はエンジェモンと同じワクチン種なので心優しいデジモンなのだが、ひとたびウイルス種を見つけるとその駆除本能（破壊本能？）に取り付かれてしまい、相手がデータの塵と化すまで戦うことを止めようとしない。またその時、赤い後ろ髪は灼熱に燃え上がり、青白い炎の髪になると言われている。必殺技『ストライクファング』は、各部のメタルプレートを灼熱に燃やし、全身炎の塊となって相手に体当たりするという、恐ろしい技だ。
